O Manage Card Carrier execution including creative development, building programs within SMIT, prioritizing systemic updates to allow for more robust targeting & post campaign performance analysis. O Partner with Insights leads, when needed, for results deep dives and monitoring of journey success rates across key customer segments. Track any journey issues from initial observation through impact sizing, identifying root cause and prioritizing/implementation of resolution. O Work with Activation, Registration & Replacement card Journey Owners to prioritize new functionality for activation/registration. O Partner cross functionally with Ops, Transaction Services, Product & Early Engagement teams to secure approval on business case for rollout/testing. O Analyze performance and develop various presentations to share across the business (Product, Ops, EE), including executive level. O Test design, execution, business case development for Next Gen strategies (ie app only for activation), and new strategies focused on Digital Resistor segments (driving CO enrollment for non-enrolled customers). O Review current digital activation rates and develop targets based on organic growth and journey/activation sticker roadmap. The Strategy & Projects Manager will support the broader Digital Engagement program leading key projects to meet both Digital & Mobile Usage as well as Paperless goals and partner closely with the Program managers and analytics teams.ĭigital Activation – Own the end to end digital/mobile activation strategy for Cards & Retail including activation sticker testing & rollout.
